BULLDOZER SIMULATOR

The Bulldozer Simulator puts you in command of a rubber-tired and/or track-chain-driven bulldozer with a blade-shaped front shovel.  

The simulator has gradual pedagogy that goes from basic to advanced exercises that facilitate the development of the required skills to operate the equipment.

DRILL JUMBO SIMULATOR

ETECH SIMULATION's Drill Jumbo Simulator reproduces in 3D a two-boom borer, based on the Atlas Copco "Boomer322" borer model, and an underground mine. 

The simulator reproduces accurately the essential operations kinetics of each of the six axes that control the Drill Jumbo´s jibs. It recreates the collisions between the jibs and the walls of the tunnel making it a real experience. 

ELECTRIC ROPE SHOVEL SIMULATOR

ETECH’s Simulator recreates a 110 short ton (100 metric ton) nominal capacity mining shovel loading 240 short ton (218 metric ton) capacity off-road trucks, operating in a virtual mine. 

The simulator comes with different scenarios to meet the training needs of a wide variety of clients using different operating practices. 

The simulator has gradual pedagogy that goes from basic to advanced exercises that facilitate the development of the required skills to operate the equipment. 

HYDRAULIC EXCAVATOR SIMULATOR

ETECH SIMULATION’s Hydraulic Excavator Simulator places operators in charge of a hydraulic excavator working on earth-moving operations with interactive material.  

The simulator has gradual pedagogy that goes from basic to advanced exercises that facilitate the development of the required skills to operate the equipment.

LOW PROFILE TRUCK SIMULATOR

Our simulator includes different production parameters and risk situations, so the operator is able to visualize and understand the environment variables in order improve his performance. 

Simulation training allows the operator to understand the machine´s controls and operation while giving him the confidence to use the real machine. The simulator allows the instructor to create different training profiles, where he can setup training levels according to the operator´s rank. 

ETECH's Low Profile Truck (LHD) simulator presents production variables and risk situations that are affected by environmental variables improving operational performance. 

The instructor is able to create different profiles, through a sequence of modules, which facilitate the training sessions configuration according to the operators’ categories, achieving rapid training session programming. 

MINING TRUCK SIMULATOR

ETECH’s Simulator recreates a 240 short ton (218 metric ton) rated mining truck operating in a virtual mine with a 110 short ton (100 metric ton) rated mining shovel. 

It simulates physical phenomena, such as slippery roads, diverse environmental conditions, with various levels of visibility caused by fog. In addition, it incorporates backing up driving practices and performance indicators. 

The simulator has gradual pedagogy that goes from basic to advanced exercises that facilitate the development of the required skills to operate the equipment. 

OFF-HIGHWAY TRUCK SIMULATOR

ETECH's Off Highway Truck Simulator recreates a 100 short ton (90.7 metric ton) rated capacity vehicle, operating in a virtual mine with a 24 short ton (21.8 metric ton) rated capacity wheel loader. 

The quarry simulation includes different levels of wet/slippery driving and various levels of fog as well. 

The simulator has gradual pedagogy that goes from basic to advanced exercises that facilitate the development of the required skills to operate the equipment. 

WHEEL LOADER SIMULATOR

ETECH’s Front Loader Simulator or Wheel Loader replicates equipment driven by pneumatic wheels or chain tracks, with a large bucket-shaped front shovel.   

The simulator has gradual pedagogy that goes from basic to advanced exercises that facilitate the development of the required skills to operate the equipment.
