PRINTING

ETECH SIMULATION offers cutting-edge simulators specifically designed for the printing industry. Our simulators provide an unmatched training experience, allowing operators to develop essential skills for operating printing equipment.

With a diverse range of exercises, our simulators enable trainees to virtually manipulate printing machines and tackle various instructor-induced errors. From registration and ink issues to tension control, operators are challenged to troubleshoot and resolve these issues efficiently, aiming for optimal results while minimizing costs.

Our printing industry simulators offer a risk-free virtual environment where operators gain invaluable hands-on experience. This comprehensive training approach enhances their operational proficiency and equips them with the expertise to address common errors encountered in the industry.

FLEXO SIMULATOR

Press console monitor

Our press console monitor simulator faithfully recreates a wide range of printing presses, featuring a single 8-color printing cylinder, varnishing units, lamination capabilities, and compatibility with various materials such as paper, films, and cardboard substrates. The simulator supports different ink types, including water-based, solvent, and UV-curing inks. With complete controls for printing, drying, and coil handling, it provides a comprehensive training experience.

The simulator offers a gradual pedagogy approach, guiding users through basic to advanced exercises. This progressive learning system facilitates the development of the necessary skills to operate the equipment effectively. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced operator, our simulator is designed to enhance your proficiency in press operation.

SHEETFED OFFSET (SHOTS)

Our sheetfed simulator accurately replicates a 6-color press, from feeder to coating and delivery. It allows zooming into any part of the sheet and comparing print to proof using a magnifier and densitometer. Check the control strip for print characteristics like grey balance, dot gain, slurring, density, trapping, and more. The simulator features a gradual pedagogy, progressing from basic to advanced exercises, enabling operators to develop the necessary skills to operate the equipment effectively.

PACKAGING—GRAVURE

Our simulator features an 8-unit press display, including unwind, festoon, infeed, slitter, and rewinder, with control, unit checks, and adjustments. It also shows lab results for tape tests and solvent retention. The Print Copy view allows a comparison of print to color proof with a full web display, control marks, and color tools for magnification and densitometry. The simulator offers gradual pedagogy, progressing from basic to advanced exercises to develop essential operating skills.

HEATSET

Our simulator replicates a 16-page press line from paster to folder delivery. Operators can monitor press status and variable settings, while an interactive diagnostic self-help feature identifies and explains potential problems. It enables print-to-proof comparison, register mark checks, control strip analysis, density measurement, and magnification of printed dots for effective troubleshooting. The simulator follows a gradual pedagogy, progressing from basic to advanced exercises to develop essential operating skills.

NEWSPAPER SIMULATOR

With our Newspaper Simulator, operators can enhance their expertise in newspaper printing and gain practical experience in operating a press. The simulator serves as a valuable training tool, supporting operators of all levels in acquiring the necessary skills to excel in the newspaper industry.  Our simulator replicates the entire press line, from paper in to paper out, allowing for adjustments of all functional settings. The press console displays the printed page, its proof, and provides access to tools. Operators can check press status and variable settings, with an interactive diagnostic self-help for troubleshooting. The simulator enables comparison between the printed form and the color proof, with a magnifier for close-up inspection and registration verification. The print copy includes a color control strip for assessing grey balance, dot gain, slurring, density, trapping, plate exposure, and more using a magnifier and densitometer. It follows a gradual pedagogy from basic to advanced exercises to develop essential operating skills."
